Experienced International HR Specialist
At Euronews, our teams keep Europe and the world informed, in multiple languages, from Lyon and our offices abroad. Behind every journalist, technician and producer, there is an HR team making it all possible. Could that be you?
Your role
To cover a maternity leave, we are looking for an HR Specialist to join our International HR team from Décembre 2026. Reporting to the International HR Manager, you will be the go-to HR contact for employees in our subsidiaries. Based in Lyon, you will support teams across several countries, with genuine autonomy and a wide variety of topics every day.
What you'll do day to day
Onboarding and supporting our talent
- You orchestrate the onboarding of new joiners so they feel at home from day one.
- You manage their contractual lifecycle: employment contracts, pre-employment declarations, probation period follow-up, leave and absences.
Securing payroll and employee benefits
- You submit variable payroll data and check payslips in coordination with our payroll providers.
- You handle enrolments and follow-up for social security coverage, health insurance, disability and life insurance, and pension plans.
- You act as the link between our internal teams and external partners (payroll, accounting), including invoice follow-up.
Facilitating international mobility
- You support employees in our subsidiaries with their administrative procedures, including obtaining and renewing residence permits.
- You also assist our HR Business Partners on technical mobility matters.
Staying one step ahead
- You monitor legal and social developments in each country to anticipate reforms and their impact on our subsidiaries.
You're the right fit if…
- You hold a degree in HR or employment law and have solid experience in HR administration, ideally in an international environment.
- You are comfortable working in English (another European language would be a real plus).
- You enjoy juggling multiple countries, regulations and cultures.
- You have a sound knowledge of payroll workflows (gathering and submitting variable pay data, checking payslips) and have experience working with outsourced payroll providers.
- You are autonomous, rigorous and discreet, with a strong service mindset.
- You are available to start in December 2026.
