Main responsibilities
- Contribute to the operational maintenance of systems, networks, and data processing.
- Resolve first-level incidents and assist users.
- Address technical issues reported by all employees.
- Install and configure computers, peripherals, and mobile devices.
- Manage IT hardware, software, and licenses.
- Administer user accounts in a hybrid AD & EntraID environment.
- Maintain the fleet of multifunction copiers and meeting rooms.
- Manage network cabling: patching and diagnostics under the responsibility of the TechOPS team based in Lyon, France.
- Document and apply IT procedures and operational guidelines.
- Enforce IT security policies and raise user awareness of best practices.
Associated activities
- Perform initial diagnostics and track reported incidents.
- Ensure compliance with hardware and software maintenance contracts.
- Manage IT equipment stock, licenses, and consumables.
- Participate in technical working groups within the IT Department and collaborate with IT teams from other sites.
- Provide support during specific company events.
- Occasional travel to European capitals.
- Stay updated on IT/Workplace/Cyber trends through industry events and trade shows.
Required qualifications and skills:
Technical skills
- In-depth knowledge of workstation hardware architecture.
- Proficiency in macOS, Windows operating systems, and office productivity tools.
- Basic understanding of computer networks and their administration.
- Strong knowledge of Office 365 and Intune environments.
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.) and remote support tools (TeamViewer).
- Ability to apply and enforce IT security rules.

- Rigorous, able to prioritize tasks, and maintain composure.
