You will play a pivotal role in supporting the daily activities and strategic priorities of an executive leader in the fast-paced media sector, while contributing to the smooth running of the editorial offices. Main responsibilitiesThis list is not exhaustive 1️⃣ Support to the Director: Manage the calendar, schedule, and organize internal and external meetings Prepare and follow up on strategic files, presentations, and briefing notes for the leadership Coordinate communications with internal teams and external partners Organize business trips (bookings, itineraries, briefings) Sort and process emails and correspondence, prioritizing urgent matters 2️⃣ Support to the Editorial Offices: Organize office logistics (equipment, supplies, deliveries etc.), supplier invoice entry and tracking Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth meetings and internal events Administrative follow-up on editorial projects (documents, minutes, deadlines) Provide occasional support to visitors or external partners Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving office operations 3️⃣ Cross-functional Tasks : Support internal communications or reporting on occasion Assist with coordination with other Euronews offices internationally Required qualification and skills : Excellent calendar and priority management Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously Strong attention to detail in file and document follow-up Proactive with good situational awareness and the ability to anticipate needs Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners Absolute discretion and confidentiality Adaptability in a dynamic, international environment Service-oriented mindset and team spirit Technical skills: proficient in Microsoft Office, office management tools, and video conferencing platforms Proven experience in a similar role, ideally in the media or a related sector; familiarity with such environments is a plus Language skills: fluency in French and English (C2 level), German a real asset.
