Your Missions:

BUILD: Design and deploy a next-generation network infrastructure

• Develop interconnections between Euronews sites located in European capitals and beyond.
• Implement a resilient and optimised infrastructure to ensure reliable connectivity.
• Simplify and improve the network between the Lyon and Brussels sites.
• Participate in the implementation of innovative technologies such as SASE (ZTNA, ClearPass, NAC) & SD-WAN.
• Configure and optimise HPE Aruba network equipment and its Wi-Fi infrastructure.
• Collaborate in the design and implementation of a network architecture that meets the security standards defined by the Euronews Corporate IT department

RUN: Maintain and optimise the network infrastructure

• Ensure operational maintenance of the SD-WAN infrastructure (French operator) and HPE Aruba equipment.
• Define and implement a criticality matrix for network-related incidents.
• Participate in on-call duties in case of critical incidents.
• Supervise and ensure the performance and security of network infrastructures.
• Document network processes and configurations to ensure effective management and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate with various Corporate IT teams, including the cybersecurity & network manager based in Lyon, France.
• Manage VMWare server equipment and storage bays installed in Brussels.
• Plan occasional trips to European capitals and Lyon, France.

Your Profile:

Experience: Minimum 2 years in network administration, with knowledge of HPE Aruba (or CISCO) solutions, storage bays, and ESXi servers.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Aruba (or CISCO) network equipment.
• Knowledge of HPE SASE technologies (ClearPass, ZTNA & NAC) would be a plus but not mandatory.
• Experience in resilient, multi-site network architecture (inter-site routing of European capitals & SD-WAN mesh to be managed with our operator).
• Creation of criticality matrices and management of critical infrastructure incidents.
• Management of racks with servers and storage bays in Brussels.

• Effective priority management.
• Ability to work in an international and multicultural environment (minimum English proficiency required).
