Making sense of Europe. *(Ipsos Global Media Survey 2022) OVERALL MISSION : We are looking for a Product Owner – Mobile Apps to join our Digital Product team. Reporting to the Head of Digital Product Management, you will be responsible for designing, coordinating, and launching various projects on our mobile applications to deliver a seamless and engaging user experience while driving the growth of key KPIs (engagement, retention, acquisition). You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and commercial and editorial teams, to deliver innovative and relevant features. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES : Non-exhaustive list Product Vision Participation: Understand the needs of users, stakeholders, and the market to support the Head of Digital Product Management in defining the product vision and roadmap. Backlog Management and Prioritization: Create, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on user feedback, data analysis, and strategic priorities, including: Leading the scoping and gathering of various requirements (editorial, commercial, technical, UX, etc.) to design and deliver relevant features. Writing functional specifications for all app projects and updates. Breaking projects into multiple successive releases (from MVP to complete product) to deliver updates as quickly as possible. Creating corresponding user stories in Jira and ensuring their tracking and updates. Coordinating the work of our two external in-app agencies and internal API developers. Overseeing the development roadmap and validating all product increments by testing all technical releases. Regularly presenting the progress of various projects to stakeholders (both formally and informally). Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of new features and their impact on user engagement. Analyze performance through tracking tools and make continuous adjustments to optimize the user experience. Monitoring and Innovation: Regularly monitor mobile and media trends to integrate best practices and innovative ideas. Identify continuous optimization opportunities to increase user engagement and satisfaction. Technical Skills Advanced degree (Master’s or equivalent): business school, engineering school, or university. At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner, ideally in mobile apps within the media or content publishing sector. Knowledge of the mobile applications landscape. Experience in creating and managing large-scale projects. Language skills: French + English (50% of communication is in English). Desired Skills : Strong interest in media, information, new technologies, web/app digital ergonomics, and user experience. Full autonomy, organizational, and anticipation skills. Strong analytical and writing skills (in French and English). Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and raise alerts when necessary. Adaptability, team-building, and collaboration skills with other teams (technical, editorial, marketing, etc.). Dynamism, motivation, responsiveness, proactivity, curiosity, and team spirit. Recommended knowledge of the technical structure of a content management platform (API, CMS, Flows, Front, etc.). Responsable Laboratoire Multimedia Technical Permanent Lyon Responsable Laboratoire Multimedia - (F/H/X) Le Responsable Laboratoire Multimedia travaille principalement en liaison avec les equipes commerciales, mais aussi avec les differents services de la Direction des Operations tels que la Production – Promo/Studio. Le Responsable Laboratoire intervient sous la responsabilite du/de la Responsable des Operations Commerciales. Il/Elle assure un role de referent(e) pour l'equipe dans le cadre de ses missions. They work in close collaboration with the program's editorial manager. They will play a key role and ensure the technical and artistic quality of multimedia audiovisual productions (web, TV magazines, news stories, podcasts, etc.).
